Our prayer is that you may see the message to mankind of the God of Abraham as you read and study this book. The Prophet if Islam wrote in Surah 2:118 of the Qur’an ‘We have made clear the Signs unto any people who hold firmly to the faith.’ In Surah 2:219-220 Allah says to the people; ‘Thus doth Allah make clear to you His Signs in order that you may consider their bearing on this life and the hereafter.’ This book illuminates the Signs of ten Prophets in the Holy Books so the reader can take careful note of them.

Prayers that encounter God?

At the end of every chapter there is a prayer to help the readers encounter the Source of all revelation – The Holy Spirit of God/Allah who has revealed the nature and character of Allah. All revelation about Allah/God comes from Allah/God who is the source of all truth. God/Allah reveals himself as a compassionate, merciful and gracious towards mankind (Surah 1:1) A Being whose core is Love.

The Signs of the Prophets?
The author makes no apology that he is a follower of Isa Al Masih (Surah 6:85) who loves Muslims, and has spent 40 years studying Islam. Isa is mentioned 36 times in the Qur’an directly and 30 times indirectly. Isa Al Masih is the highest of all prophets. Both the Qur’an and the Holy Bible reveal that Isa Al Masih had a Divine conception, (Surah 3:45-58) was born and lived a sinless life, (Surah 6:85) suffered an excruciating death – the word the Qur’an uses is the Arabic word ‘mu-tawaffika’ meaning an excruciatingly painful death (Surah3:55). He rose from the dead (Surah 4:158), and is still alive awaiting His glorious return to the earth.

What does an ‘Infidel’ or a doubter know?
Muslims might be tempted to complain that an ‘Infidel’ has written this book. The author believes that every Muslim should be delighted to read this book because The Prophet of Islam said in the Qur’an in surah 10:94 ‘So if you are in doubt about what We have revealed to you, ask those who have been reading the Book (Tawrah, Zabur, and Injil) before your time.’ The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord.

In Surah 5:46 it states; ‘We sent Jesus the son of Mary confirming the Law (Tawrah), that had come before Him, The Gospel: therein was guidance and light., and confirmation of the Law that had come before Him, a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah/God.’

Who is Isa Al Masih?

Most Muslims I have met do not know what the name Jesus/Isa means. They have never read the Gospels and the story of Isa Al Masih even though they are commanded to do so. The name Isa means ‘the One who saves us from our sins – the Saviour of the mankind’. It is very strange that this Holy, sinless, Prophet mentioned more than any other prophet in the Qur’an is obscure to Muslims. Very few Imams and Sheikhs are comfortable preaching about Isa Al Masih in case they are labelled ‘Christians’. It’s sad that they are so fearful. They live in fear of an open discussion about the ‘Most Significant Prophet’ in all of Islam. How sad that fear covers the truth. Isa says in the Injil that ‘everything that is hidden will be revealed.’ (The Gospel of Luke 12:2). The vast majority of Muslims have no hope for the future trusting only in their good works to get to heaven. The Gracious God/Allah has provided the Way. Jesus said in John 14:6 ‘ ‘I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me.’

Common Ground in the Holy Books?

It has been estimated by Biblical scholars who were formerly Muslims that more than 60% of the Qur’an has Biblical origins. No wonder the Prophet of Islam was divinely directed to include Surah 10:94 in the Qur’an. The Prophets mentor was Nawfal Waraqah a Nestorian priest who guided Muhammad p.b.u.h. in the compilation of the Qur’an. Sadly many Christians reject the Qur’an as a source of guidance because they disagree with some parts of the text. Its strange that they ‘throw the baby out with the bathwater?’. One of the greatest Surah’s of hope in the Qur’an is Surah 42:25, ‘He is One that accepts repentance from his servants and forgives sins and knows all we do.’ When this Surah 42:25 is prayed sincerely, the Holy Spirit enters into a person and convicts them of sin and righteousness, and starts drawing them into the presence of the Almighty God.

The Presence of God?

May this book and its contents draw you the reader into the presence of Almighty God as you read it.
